Hip Hop Culture and its organization is the legacy of those pioneers before us. Their vision for uplifting the community through the universal language of music has raised a self created movement that has spanned more than 30+ years and continues to grow through out the Planet Rock, an organization that self preserves Hip Hop History
so that the future children of Hip Hop will look back and reflect what is truth in our culture. Do we want to be looked back upon in 20 years or so and seen as something negative or disposable?
We need to be mindful how we as humans would like to be remembered by once we are gone and the legacy that we shall leave behind. We must maintain that what we can do to change the image of Hip Hop culture today will not have much benefit to us now, it is the future we are looking towards, the children of tomorrow are the ones who will benefit the most. They will see the Positive we have created in this culture as a basis on how Hip Hop culture should be structured. Hip Hop has always had its own set of beliefs and rules so it be, some important beliefs that gives Hip Hop its meaning is Equality and Respect, these two empowering words are what allows Hip Hop to spread across the globe in unison that has been adopted by all nations.
Hip Hop allows us as individuals to be ourselves, to do our own style etc and know its all part of the self-empowerment and betterment of expanding the boundaries of ones self. Be yourself is the most important thing of all. We are in a crucial time where we need to stand up and take our culture back, we need to take more control of “OUR” culture created by us, it was not created by some corporation that wants to see our queens shaking their backside on television, showing our communities false lies and miss guided truths what our culture is when this is far from what the message truly is. We empower advancement with the changing times so long as it advances correctly to uplift our culture and the communities, to give the world view of our culture as something great and positive.

In order to bring what is right to our culture we need to first Knowledge ourselves, this is the fundamental element if we are to be taken seriously in order to move with strength. We need to Unify, we are not talking a few people here, we are talking globally, we need to organize once again, we have the Internet, it’s a tool that has helped bridge the gap on this Planet Rock, we can use this to organize on the world scale, and then we can do our work in every city. The Founding organization of Hip Hop Culture “The Universal Zulu Nation” – Hip Hop’s first family still to this day is growing expanding our family across to all reaches of the earth spreading this message of what TRUE Hip Hop Culture is. Selfpreservation of our culture is needed and the history must be taught if we are to move forward. Would you read a life story from the end without knowing the beginning!
